We are pleased to announce that Animal Care and Welfare Inc. is once again offering  a limited number of certificates  to help with the spays, neuters or medical expenses of animals belonging to persons in need of assistance.  These certificates will be available only at 6 low cost spay and neuter clinics.  The certificates will be maximum value of $50.00  for spay/neuter or medical.  If you are in need of help,  contact one of these facilities where the certificates will be available at their discretion.

Mission Statement

Through donations received from members and the public, Animal Care & Welfare, Inc. offers assistance for low cost spays and neuters.  We also operate our pet placement program by collaborating with shelters and carefully selecting homeless pets and placing them in loving homes.

Animal Care & Welfare, Inc., founded by Ed and Kay Blotzer, incorporated since 1970, was created for the purpose of preventing cruelty to animals.  AC&W is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization supported soley by donations.  The all-volunteer Board of Directors appreciates your support.  Sue Krul-President; Bonnie Evans Magdalene-Treasurer; Barb Kagarise-Secretary; Jane Mehaffey-Communications.
